Welcome to Southern Community Options

We’re happy you’re here!

Starting your employment journey can be an exciting time, and we’re here to support you as you explore what work could look like for you.

At Southern Community Options, we provide strengths-based, person-centred employment support for autistic people.

That means we start with you — your strengths, interests, preferences and goals.

Whether you’re exploring different types of work, developing new skills, preparing for job applications and interviews, or getting ready to start a new job, our team will work alongside you.

We understand that every autistic person is different. We’ll take the time to understand what you’re good at, what interests you, what support works for you and what you want to achieve.

Our goal is to help you find employment that builds on your strengths and support you to thrive at work.

We look forward to learning about your interests, your strengths and your goals — and what matters most to you.
